Required Profile
- Proven experience as a Group Leader / Trip Leader / Tour Leader or similar role, leading organized group trips or multi‑day programs
- Demonstrated experience managing group dynamics while traveling: coordinating people, resolving issues, and keeping to schedules
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Minimum level: C1 (advanced)
- Italian native speaker

- Coordinate day‑to‑day logistics: transfers, check‑ins, activity timings, meeting points, tickets, and reservations according to the itinerary
- Liaise with local partners (drivers, local guides, hotels, restaurants, activity providers) and ensure the quality of services on the ground
- Monitor group safety and well‑being at all times; manage incidents and emergencies according to Teekonda procedures
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful group atmosphere, encouraging participation and connection among travellers
- Provide cultural insights, local tips, and basic orientation walks or informal tours (where permitted) to enrich the travel experience
- Support travellers during their free time with suggestions, bookings, and navigation, balancing group time and personal time
- Proactively manage expectations, mediate small conflicts, and adapt plans when needed due to weather, delays, or local changes
- Ensure consistent communication with Teekonda’s operations team, reporting issues, incidents, and feedback from the trip
- Handle basic trip administration (headcounts, confirmations, simple expense tracking or reporting, feedback forms when required)
- Represent Teekonda’s brand and values at all times, maintaining a professional, friendly, and solution‑oriented attitude
Required Profile
- Proven experience as a Group Leader / Trip Leader / Tour Leader or similar role, leading organized group trips or multi‑day programs
- Demonstrated experience managing group dynamics while traveling: coordinating people, resolving issues, and keeping to schedules
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Minimum level: C1 (advanced)
- Russian native speaker
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills: confident speaking in front of a group, approachable, empathetic, and able to inspire trust
- High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with local communities and international travelers.
- Solid problem‑solving skills and ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure (delays, health issues, logistical changes)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail in managing logistics and schedules
- Physically and mentally fit to manage long travel days, variable weather, and an active schedule over multiple days
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic apps for navigation, communication, and trip information (e.g. maps, messaging, documents)
