This page describes the Teekonda Priority Access service. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. What it is

Priority Access is a paid service that gives early booking access to trips organised by Teekonda, ahead of general public opening. It is not tied to any specific trip, date, or itinerary at the time of purchase.

2. What it is not

Priority Access is not the purchase of a package travel contract under Directive (EU) 2015/2302 or the Estonian Turismiseadus, and it does not fall under the related insolvency-protection scheme. Payment does not guarantee availability, a price, or a date on any trip. Teekonda will only offer actual package trips once it holds the insurance cover required under Estonian law (expected from September 2026).

3. How priority works

Priority Access holders receive a dedicated notification (email) when a new Teekonda trip opens for booking, with an early-access window of 72 hours ahead of general opening. If the priority window expires unused, no money is lost – you simply lose the early-access advantage on that trip; your Priority Access itself remains valid for the next trip and until it is used or refunded (see Sections 4 and 7). If a trip is already fully booked, Priority Access holders get first place on the waitlist. This is not a guarantee of availability.

4. Fee and use

The fee for Priority Access is 20 EUR, paid online at purchase. If you later book a trip organised by Teekonda, the 20 EUR is deducted from the total trip price. Priority Access can be used once, on one trip, cannot be combined with another Priority Access on the same trip, and is not transferable to a third party.

5. Refund

You can request a full refund of your 20 EUR at any time, for any reason, by writing to info@teekonda.com. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the request, to the original payment method.

6. Right of withdrawal

As this is a distance contract, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, under EU consumer rights law. This right is in addition to, not instead of, the anytime refund described in Section 5.

7. Validity

Priority Access is valid for 24 months from the purchase date. If unused by then, the amount paid is automatically refunded – it is never forfeited.

8. Personal data

Data collected to purchase and manage Priority Access is processed in line with our Privacy Policy, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

9. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Consumer complaints can be raised with the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA, www.ttja.ee) or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
