You begin by selecting your journey from the online collection and choosing one of the available departure dates. Before confirming your place, you can personalize the experience by adding optional activities — such as special excursions or unique local experiences — with the final price adjusting accordingly.

Once your selection is complete, you confirm your place by paying a refundable deposit (generally €200). The deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days before departure, or within 14 days from the booking date.

At the time of booking, you receive all essential information about the journey. Sixty days before departure, you will receive an email with a secure link to complete the balance payment, which is due within 15 days. After the balance is settled, your documentation is completed with insurance details and the contact information of the journey coordinator.
